Jeff was good guy he was waome person to talk to and he helped me with a ad that I could get with a factory warranty! I couldn't of asked for nicer people even if we needed anything! This is the first time I have been to a dealership and did not feel pressured to buy something I didn't want. Our salesman, Matt Fuelberth, showed me only what I asked to see and didn't pressure me. The team at Uftring is top notch and I will never do business at another dealership!!

I bought my Jeep , which I am In love with, 3 months ago from them!!! I was in a very complicated situation and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle & a vehicle i was in love with!They gave me an awesome deal...they were extremely kind. The sales manager Steve even went out of his way to come and help us, got a car from another lot for me and made it work! 3 months later an issue popped up and it wasn’t covered under my warranty... it was very pricey and yet again Steve the sales manager went above and beyond and took very well care of me! I seriously can not express my gratitude towards them enough! I would recommend them a thousand times. Their customer service is outstanding and they truly care about their customers!!!

Bought a new truck.Decided to reward Myself with a new truck, and Brandon and Uftring sales group agreed with Me. After picking out new truck I wanted some additional options added. They went all out to get Me what I wanted and I like My new truck.

Uftring is an amazing place to buy a car. They treated me like I was royalty. Matt fuelberth was my salesperson and he did an amazing job threw out the hole process. They are very professional and not pushy and what I loved the most was there product knowledge. I also used there service department and I had no issues. I would recommend Matt and Uftring to anyone!!!!

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Taurus SLE from Uftring Chrylser Dodge in North Pekin. After visiting many other dealerships and getting very frustrated with the uninformed salesmen and extremely pushy sales tactics (this car won’t be here long / let’s make a deal on this thing right now / I have another person coming to look at this car later), I was ready to give up. However, when I walked into Uftring, I wasn’t given any of that! I walked in and was greeted by the Sale...s Manger, Steve Porter with a “Welcome” and a handshake. Steve asked if there was anything he could do for me and after telling him I was interested in one of the cars on the lot, he quickly grabbed the keys and pulled the car up to the front of the parking lot for me to take a closer look. I told him I’d like to take it for a drive so he put some plates on it and asked if I minded him riding along with me, to which I agreed. During our drive, we discussed the car, some of the options he was aware of and even some of the options he wasn’t aware of. He told me about the new tires and brakes they had just installed on the car and that was the exent of his sales pitch. He let the car speak for itself. Per my request, he was able to pull the Carfax up for me on his phone and told me about the clean history the car had. He told me what the car was traded in for and about how long it had been on their lot. This in fact was a zero pressure test drive and I was very comfortable chatting with him. When we got back, I told Steve I’d like to take the car and show my wife before we discuss numbers. Steve gave the okay and I was off. When I got back, Steve matched me up with one of his salesmen to go over the numbers. I do not generally enjoy this part of the process but at no time did they make me feel pressured. They worked hard to earn my business and at the end of the day, I was happy to write them a check for the car. While finishing up the deal, they had the car washed again and pulled out front for me. Once we settled on a price, the whole process was less than 20 minutes. They installed my new plates, we did a final walk around on the car to go over any questions I had and I was off. I can not thank Steve and Dyrk (Salesman) enough for the comfortable, pleasant and exceptional experience. I will be back in the future!! See More
