The work was completed on time and was a recall on my 2015 ram. Fuel tank straps and cost me nothing and was brought to my attention when I drove in for an oil change and tire rotation

Just purchased a new 2025 Ram truck from Uftring's. Our salesperson was Devin Johnson. Devin was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable and genuine. I got a fair deal and felt very welcomed and that my time was respected. So many other dealers drag this process out way too long. Devin found the exact truck I wanted. I would buy from him again.
It was a painless process. The service writer Hunter, got a quote for the work, submitted it to my extended warranty, and got me scheduled. I dropped it off at the shop and it was done when they said it would be.

Excellent service! They thought that there was an issue! But upon further investigation there wasnāt! And if there was an issue it would not have cost me a dime as the part was under warranty! I needed a little good news! This is the very reason that I take my Jeep to the dealership for any concerns or issues. They still have actual customer service skills! Never had an issue with it might be this or it might be that! What the cost will be is what it will be to the nickel. I simply would never trust another ...
